Housekeeping!

Good Day to all you Sew Generous people out there!

Today I have a few housekeeping things to take care of. 

Our postal address has now changed.

Effie and I decided to use only one of our PO Boxes (to save some money – we are a charity after all) and since she uses hers way more than I use mine we decided that we would use hers.

For the moment the SewGenerous website will stay as is, but we are looking at changing the domain name in the near future simply due to cost – but we still have time for that.

I want to thank everyone who has sent in quilt tops and blocks.

We are still overwhelmed but if you feel like you really want to send us something, we are still accepting whatever you send. It just might take a while before we get around to doing something with it.

Currently we have about twenty quilts that have been quilted and are waiting for binding and labels. We also have another 10-15 quilt tops to be sewn together and then quilted and I have several boxes of donations.

We are plodding away only a little more slowly than before.

Thanks again to everyone who has been very generous to us and the children at Westmead Hospital.
